There is no unnecessary weight, with a mix of quality steel and aluminium rings being used. Paired with the SRAM RED rear derailleur, it delivers some of the quickest and quietest shifts in the business.

PowerdomeX: SRAM uses heat-treated high-grade steel featuring hollow construction with CNC-machined gears and rear cut-outs to reduce weight and add stiffness.
