The XT M8250 Shimano Rapid ES shifter feels instantly natural out of the box but can also be molded to fit any hand thanks to its familiar fit and evolved adjustability design. Multiple shift modes like hold-down multi-shift tactile click-through double shift, or locked-out single shift deliver precision, while a tunable third button allows for additional system tuning or third-party connection.

This kit is perfect for riders with a Shimano 12-speed 12-51t cassette and want to convert it to wireless. The kit includes an XT M8250 Di2 wireless derailleur, XT SW-M8250 Rapid ES wireless shifter, BT-DN320 Battery EC-DN100 Charger, and Quick Link. You will need to reuse your cassette, chain, chainring, and crankset.
