Di2 is literally a plug-in system. This is a remote option for any Shimano Di2 eleven-speed road group. It is plugged in to your brake/shift lever. As theres a single button set into each lever, youll need to program the action. For that, you need Shimanos SM-PCE1 or SM-BRC2. Synchro-shifting is the obvious choice, with you going up and down and the programming deciding when to shift the front and rear derailleurs. You can also program it to multi-shift or single-shift at the press of a button. The compatible wire is EW-SD50.
